1. The service

tg-dl provides a browser extension and website that let you download videos from Telegram Web using your own Telegram session, plus an account system with daily quotas and paid plans. tg-dl is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share or resell access.

3. Plans and payments

Paid plans (monthly, quarterly, lifetime) remove the daily download limit. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (card) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Subscription plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the paid period ends. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer or the seller. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once membership has been activated.

4. Acceptable use

  • Only download content you are entitled to access and possess.
  • Respect copyright. Downloading a video does not grant you rights to redistribute it.
  • Do not abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no reselling downloads, no attempting to bypass quotas or payment.
  • Comply with Telegram's own terms of service when using Telegram Web.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is". Telegram Web changes frequently and may temporarily break extension functionality; we work to restore compatibility promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tg-dl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Trademark notice

tg-dl is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram. "Telegram" is a trademark of its respective owner; any references to it are solely for descriptive purposes.
